Furzen Hill Farm Cottages, Cubbington Heath, Leamington Spa. O.S. Explorer 221. Furzen Hill farm is situated just off the A445 at Cubbington Heath, close to the National Agricultural Centre and about 0.5 hour from the NEC by car. The cottages are all different. The largest is Furzen Hill Cottage which sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms, one en suite, and a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, making it ideal for families. Bed linen is provided. The Barn and Dairy Cottage both sleep 4. These have been converted from farm buildings in the farmyard. Dairy Cottage is single storey with 2 bedrooms. The Barn also has 2 bedrooms, one of which has full-sized bunk beds. Both have comfortable living rooms and well equipped kitchens. Bed linen is provided, however towels are extra if requested. These 3 cottages are all electric and the electricity is included in the rent. Tinker's Corner is our most recent conversion and was completed in May 2004. It has been renovated to a high standard with original oak beams and an oak floor. It has full central heating. This cottage has one bedroom - sleeping two, but has a sofa bed downstairs for 2 extra guests. The price for this cottage is all inclusive. All 4 cottages share the large garden, at its best in April/May/June, and the hard tennis court. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Furzen Hill is a busy, working arable farm and all children must be accompanied by an adult in the farmyard.
